Mark 4:35-41
Jesus answers the Disciples question:
Q: "Teacher, do You not care that we are perishing?"
A: I do care for you and you're not going to perish - "He arose and rebuked the wind." Jesus' love for us goes far beyond our current circumstances. He hears our plea and will rise up to help us. With Jesus in our boat we can smile at the storm.
The Disciples answer Jesus' question:
Q: "Why are you so fearful? How is it that you have no faith?
A: Well, we were afraid of the storm but now we have realized You are Awesome! "And they feared exceedingly." Big Jesus-Small problems or Big problems-Small Jesus.
We need to answer the Disciple's question:
Q: "Who can this be, that even the wind and the sea obey Him?" (Sign of Jonah 1)
Our answer to this will determine our:
Worship - Jesus' Awesomeness
Obedience - Jesus' Authority
Boldness - Jesus' Adventure
