Disciples = Followers of Jesus, those willing to learn from Jesus. "His disciples; for there were many, and they followed Him." 2:15
The Twelve = Appointed by Jesus, "He appointed twelve, that they might be with Him and that He might send them out." 3:14
Apostles = Sent by Jesus, "He called the twelve to Himself, and began to send them out...Then the apostles gathered to Jesus and told Him all things." 6:7, 30
The First Mission of the Apostles
Was not a solo mission; Buddy system. 6:7
Close to home and watched God provide. 6:8-9
Learned to identify people of peace. 6:10-11

Made Jesus' name well known. 6:14
