Spiritual Warfare 101: Don't Stand with the Enemy, 1 Peter 5:5-11
1. Resist the tempter (Matthew 4:3)
Stop flirting with sin and rest in what God has graciously provided.
(Proverbs 5:1-20 and James 1:12-14
2. Resist the deceiver/devil (Revelation 12:9)
Stop believing the lies and rest in the truth of God's Word.
(Matthew 4:1-11 and Ephesians 4:13-16)
3. Resist the adversary/Satan (Revelation 12:9)
Stop fighting a battle you can't win and rest in the power of God.
(Ephesians 6:10-20)
4. Resist the accuser (Revelation 12:10)
Stop trying to justify yourself and rest in the God who has justified
us by His Grace.
(Romans 4:23-5:2)
