The Two Types of Sinners
Real honest to goodness sinners - "This woman was caught in adultery, in the very act. Jesus was left alone, and the woman standing in the midst." (4, 9)
Self Righteous Posers - "He who is without sin among you, let him throw a stone at her first...being convicted by their conscience, (they) went out one by one."
The Tale of Two Churches
Law Led Church: "Teacher, this woman was caught in adultery...such should be stoned." (4-5)
JESUS Led Church: "Woman, where are those accusers of yours? Has no one condemned you? Neither duo I condemn you; go and sin no more." (10-11)
The One and Only Savior
"Neither do I condemn you; go and sin no more." (11)
"I am the light of the world. He who follows Me shall not walk in darkness, but have the light of life."
