1. Baptisms are not a contest
2. Baptism does not save you or purify you
3. Baptism is a time to stand with Christ

Celebrating the relationship between Christ and His Church Bride (29)
1. The Church belongs to Jesus in the same way the Bride belongs to the Groom
2. Jesus' friends rejoice because He receives the honor of having the Bride

Continually surrendering to the will of the Lord Jesus Christ (30)
1. Personally & privately
2. Corporately & congregationally

Committing to Christ and His Church
1. Come forward today if God is leading you to be baptized or join with CCC
